How to delete Lost Missing Hidden or Removed Network Card NIC or Other Device

open command prompt:  start > cmd

type: set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1

open device manager: start > devmgmt.msc

Expand the network adapter or other device type and look for the device that needs to be removed

Right Click the Device and select Uninstall

Solution for "No network provider accepted the given network path"

Do this: 
Go to Administrative Tools | Local Security Policies 
In Security Options 
Change the 
Network security: LAN Manager authentication level: Send LM & NTLM responses

Go to My Network Place

Local Area Connection

Properties 

Advanced

Settings

Put the firewall On it's Off

Go to the Advanced tab

Push Restore Default

Push OK

Disable Firewall if it was disable

Hide Users from the Windows 7 or 2008 Welcome Screen

Open regedit
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Create new key  "SpecialAccounts" 

Create new key "UserList" inside  "SpecialAccounts" 

Create a new "DWORD 32 Bit Value" inside "UserList"  with the name of the user you want to hide

Set the value to 0

shutdown TSM with alt command
go to C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\server
type dsmserv auditdb inventory fix=yes
wait until the audit process is completed
